We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our time here. They made sure we had everything we needed and even assisted us in communicating with the non-English speaking staff. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the hot springs and the outdoor activities like the pet zoo and sledge. The cleanliness of the rooms impressed us, and we were delighted to find that our room had a stunning view of the mountains. The breakfast provided was also excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options.

Wow, what an amazing city break! The hotel was fantastic, situated perfectly to explore the area. The hot springs were a pure delight and the outdoor activities were so much fun, especially the pet zoo. The flexibility and helpfulness of the staff made our stay more enjoyable, and we appreciated the direct contact with the manager. We were also impressed by the big and clean room, and the stunning view of the mountain from our window. The shower was one of the best we have ever had, which was a fantastic surprise. Overall we had a great experience at this hotel.

Over the New Year holiday, I had a chance to stay at a resort in the Changbai Mountains. The location was stunning, right in the middle of nature, and there were plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy. Additionally, the rooms were spacious and provided excellent views of the mountains. Apart from that, I was delighted to take a dip in the hot springs, which were very relaxing.

Staff members didn't speak any English, which made it tough to communicate. There was no one to help us with our luggage, and we were left to move them ourselves.
